We are excited to invite you to participate in the 2024 GCKA Christmas Tree Decoration, Best Decorated Home Lights, and Cake Baking Contest! These fun and festive competitions are a great way to showcase your creativity and celebrate the holiday season with GCKA.

Please find attached the  guidelines and rules          for all three contests.

1. Christmas Tree Decoration and Best Decorated Home Lights Contest 

   1. Registration Deadline: December 28, 2024.

   2. Details: Participants are required to submit a 30-second video and a high-resolution photo of their decorated Christmas tree or home’s lights.

   3. Judging Criteria: Based on creativity, visual appeal, and public votes for the "Most Popular" category. The "Most Creative" tree and lights will be selected by our esteemed Jury Panel.

   4. Competition Ends: January 5, 2025.

2. Cake Baking Contest

   1. Venue: Lourdes Matha Syro-Malabar Catholic Church, Apex, NC

   2. Registration Deadline: December 31, 2024.

   3. Contest Date: January 11th, Saturday, 2025, 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

   4. Details: Only one entry per family is allowed, and cakes must be made from scratch. Participants will be judged based on flavor, consistency, texture, creativity, and visual appeal.
