Kerala Piravi 2023

GCKA is organizing the Kerala Piravi food festival, and while we have food stalls, we are also planning to have non-food stalls. 

The event is on 18th November 2023. GCKA will support you in the following ways -

a) Space/ Stall in the event venue

b) Socialize about the stall through its communication

Important Guidelines & Rules

1. Each member is allowed to be part of only one stall registration.

2. Registration will be on first come first serve basis.  GCKA will consider only the first few registrations since the slots are limited.  

3. Registration fees/deposit of $150 will be collected at the time of registration. 

4. Once registered, GCKA team will be in touch and work along with you.

5. No stall cancellation or refund of registration fee is applicable once GCKA confirms the registration.

6. Whoever gets the confirmation from GCKA could add or invite other active GCKA members to be a part of their stall. 

8. GCKA BOD reserves the right to deny any registration submission at their discretion.
