As part of our initiative to encourage passionate cooks in our community, GCKA invites you to register for a 'Food stall' of your choice . The options are available in the registration page. The event is on 18th November 2023. GCKA will support you in the following ways -

a) Space/ Stall in the event venue

b) Socialize and get pre-orders

c) Pricing of the product

d) Quality and quantity guidelines

Important Guidelines & Rules

1. Only active members are eligible for stall registration.

2. Each member is allowed to be part of only one stall  registration.

3. Registration will be on first come first serve basis.  GCKA will consider only the first registration we received for each category. If your stall request is not full-filled, the amount will be refunded. 

4. Registration fees/deposit of  $100 will be collected at the time of registration and this amount will be refunded as part of final settlement.

5. Pre-order for the food items and event day sales of any other items will be done through GCKA’s single window payment desk. GCKA will take 20% of the total sales.

6. Once registered, GCKA team will be in touch and work along with you.

7. No stall cancellation or refund of registration fee  is applicable once GCKA confirms the registration.

8. Whoever get the confirmation from GCKA could add or invite other active GCKA members to be a part of their stall. 

9. GCKA BOD reserves the right to deny any registration submission at their discretion.
