PIGMENTS- the medium that we use to turn thoughts and feelings into masterpieces! GCKA BOD is happy to announce GCKA "PIGMENTS" Art and Literary Competition 2022! Whether it is the pigments in your pencils, pens, or palettes, use them to churn out masterpieces in the form of short stories, poems, paintings, and drawings and participate in the GKCA event to win prizes. Please register on the GCKA website by 26-Mar-2022 and submit your work online by 23-Apr-2022. See below to see the topics, categories and guidelines for this event.

General rules

• Only original work of active GCKA members/family are allowed entry in the competition.

• We do not encourage articles with offensive/religious/political content.

• Please avoid previous entries and published entries in GCKA website or FB page.

• Final Entries should be sent to editor@gcka.com by 23-Apr-2022.

• The digital version of paintings and drawings should be submitted online first. There will be an in-person judging of the actual paintings and drawings. Details of the in-person judging will be communicated later.

• Include your GCKA ID, Full Name, Email id and Phone # while submitting the entries.

• Winners will be decided based on a panel of judges. Winning entries will be featured in GCKA 2022 Souvenir.

• Winners will receive cash prizes.

• Entries for both Art and Literary Competition should fall into any of the below topics:

3. Unconditional Love

4. #Breakthebias

5. Kerala Art Forms
