Christmas Tree Decorating Contest Rules:

1.      All the participants need to have an active GCKA membership.
2.      Only one entry is allowed per family.
3.      Take a 30 second video of your decorated Christmas tree covering your entire decorated tree.
4.      Submit a photo with good resolution showcasing the best angles of your tree.
5.      The judgement will be solely based on the tree and its decorations, not for any other Christmas decoration.
6.      After you register for this contest, GCKA Cultural Committee will send an email from the culturals@gcka.comemail id with a link to upload your video to our drive.
7.      The last date of registration is 26-Dec-2021. The last day to upload your video and photo is 31-Dec-2021.
8.      Video and photo submissions will be posted on GCKA Facebook and Instagram pages.
9.      By participating in this contest and sending the video and photo to GCKA email id, you grant a perpetual, irrevocable and royalty-free license to publish your video and photo in any type of GCKA media which may include but not limited to the following - GCKA yearly calendar, GCKA website, GCKA FB page, GCKA Instagram account, GCKA Souvenir or any other GCKA related media.
10. This year there will be 2 awards for the Best Decorated Tree - "Most Popular Tree" based on likes on GCKA FB page and "Critics Award" based on GCKA BOD decision. Both awards will receive a $100 cash prize.
11. Depending on the number of registrations received, GCKA BOD reserves the right to cancel the contest or remove the Critics Award category.
12. GCKA BOD reserves the right to deny any submission at their discretion.
